Curated Pairings: Three Reds, Three Expressions

An evening of reserve reds and perfect pairings
Every great wine has a story—and when paired with the right bite, that story comes alive in a whole new way.

We’ve selected three of our reserve red wines and paired each with a thoughtfully crafted appetizer to enhance its character, structure, and finish—bringing forward nuances you may have never noticed before.

Chef Pairings:

• Brie & Pear Tart — flaky pastry, creamy brie, and sweet pear with a touch of honey

2019 Napa Valley Chardonnay/Sauvignon Blanc sparkling

• Chicken Empanada — crisp-baked empanada spring roll with smoky chipotle aioli

2024 Russian River Valley reserve Pinot Noir

• Truffle Sliders — beef sliders with caramelized onions, arugula, and truffle on brioche

2021 Lake County/Red Hills reserve Cabernet Sauvignon

Each appetizer is thoughtfully crafted with subtle infusions and reductions of our reserve wines, designed to echo and enhance the flavors in every pour.

Guests will enjoy three reserve red wines, each served as a 2 oz tasting pour, thoughtfully paired with a complementary appetizer.

Pricing: members – $40 per person Guests – $35 per person
